At The Moringa Club, we offer flexible purchase options so you can enjoy consistent access to our premium, farm-grown moringa products.
Please review the terms below before selecting a subscription or recurring purchase.
Subscription Options
When selecting a subscription (Subscribe & Save) option, you agree to receive products automatically at your chosen delivery frequency (e.g. every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or monthly).
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically based on your chosen schedule.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:
- Updating delivery frequency
- Skipping upcoming deliveries
- Changing shipping details
- Updating payment method
- Cancelling your subscription
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If an order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled as scheduled.
Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails:
- We may retry the payment method automatically
- Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment continues to fail
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment is successfully processed
Refunds on Subscription Orders
All subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
