At The Moringa Club, we are committed to delivering high-quality, farm-to-finished moringa products, carefully cultivated and processed to preserve their natural integrity.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.
If You’re Not Fully Satisfied
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may offer:
- an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, or
- store credit for use on a future purchase
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned without prior approval
